SykesHR was established in 2011 by Jo Sykes. Jo has over fifteen years experience of working in HR, in a variety of roles and sectors, including investment banking and the automotive industry. Jo’s experience includes working as an HR Business Partner, a manager of HR Service Centres and as an HR Specialist, managing strategic HR projects.
SykesHR works with businesses across a wide range of sectors including FMCG, the automotive industry, local council, manufacturing, property management and the insurance sector.
SykesHR partners with other experienced professionals to assist in executive coaching, outplacement, benefits expertise and specialist training.
Working Flexibly with Clients
Clients can choose to engage the services of SykesHR on an ad hoc, as required basis, or on a retained basis, suited to clients’ needs, such as one day a month onsite, or telephone support Monday to Friday. At SykesHR we will work flexibly with you to suit your requirements.
